Eight categories, best two dimensional work (paintings, drawings etc.), best jewelry, best song, best short film,best sculpture, best photography, best digitally enhanced photography, best mixed media.There is at least one winner from each category.The ICAC was founded by Stephen Sawyer, artist and owner of ART for GOD, the sponsor this year is ARTBEAT of AMERICA, whose owner Carla Tocquigny has been a licensing agent for over twenty years.
