$20,000 Art Scholarship Contest. Create an original art/design in a two or three-dimensional format based on one of the following themes: “E” - The most creative representation of the letter “E”; “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of……” The most inspiring expression of that statement; “Boundaries” The most interesting interpretation of the Enclave property and everything within its property line. This contest is open to all enrolled private or public Montgomery County, Maryland elementary, middle and high school or homeschooled students; enrolled students in a college, university, community college, trade or professional school in Maryland, the District of Columbia or Northern Virginia; and individual artists 18 years or older.
