International Juried Art Show – FREEDOM

Altered Esthetics is a nonprofit community gallery run by artists, for artists. We work to sustain the historical role of artists as a true voice of society through our exhibits, events, services, workshops and programs. The 2008 International Juried Show theme is ‘Freedom.’ Art submissions must relate to this theme; artistic interpretations are encouraged. All entries will be exhibited online and digital representations will remain displayed in Altered Esthetics permanent online archives. The show will be juried internationally by all participating artists with special awards being granted by the Altered Esthetics Curatorial Team. The top three Artists’ Choice finalists in each category will be invited to exhibit their winning artwork at Altered Esthetics’ Resident Artists Show in July 2008. Artists will be awarded titles for: Artists’ Choice: Best in Category, Artists’ Choice: Best in Show Curators’ Choice: Best in Category, Curators’ Choice: Best in Show.
Entry fee is $10 per submission, up to a limit of 5 total submissions. $200 and more in awards, prizes, TBA
