Fort Collins, CO – 2D Photographic Competition
The Center for Fine Art Photography invites photographers working in all mediums, styles and schools of thought to participate in its exhibitions and activities. Open worldwide to amateur and professionals, working with traditional or digital photography, or combinations of both. Theme and Subject are open. Jurors: Tim Anderson, Publisher/Managing Editor, CameraArts magazine and Larry Padgett, Executive Director, The Center for Fine Art Photography. All selected work will be published in the November/December issue of CameraArts magazine. Grand Prize recipient will be given an eight-page portfolio, plus the front cover of the 2007 November/December CameraArts issue. Category Awards: A four-page portfolio displays will be awarded for each of four categories: Abstract/Conceptual, Documentary, Portrait/Figure, Other. Approximately 10 pages will be dedicated to the works of others selected in each of the four categories. One Artists’ ShowCase Online subscription – the Center’s online image marketing website: a one year subscription awarded in each of the four categories (preview at www.artists-showcase.org). All exhibitors will be included in The Center for Fine Art Photography’s Online gallery (www.c4fap.org) and in a special section of the CameraArts website (www.cameraarts.com).
