35 FINE ART proudly announces our first annual competition, ‘Hello, Chelsea! 2007,’ to discover, recognize and honor excellence in the global visual arts. We are currently accepting online entries for ‘Hello, Chelsea! 2007.’ 70 artworks will be selected by the 35 FINE ART panel of judges and will be presented at PS 35 Gallery in Chelsea, New York to be selected again by both judges and audience. Ten winning entrants will have an opportunity to participate in various programs, provided by 35 FINE ART. Entry fee is $100 for up to 3 images. Entry Forms for ‘Hello, Chelsea! 2007’ are accepted from March 1, 2007 until March 31, 2007 by mail only.
