INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL FINE ART EXHIBITION

The Museum of the Living Artist is holding its premier international digital fine art exhibition. This exhibition is sponsored by SONY with cash awards totalling $6,000. Golden Light Awards is an international competition for emerging photographers and professionals who have embarked on a personal project or have amassed a personal body of work. Entry is open to photographers everywhere. An entry must contain between 10 and 20 prints or slides. $45 per project or portfolio. You may enter more than one project, but each will be considered as a separate entry and a separate entry fee is required. Work will be returned only if a self-addressed stamped envelope or box with sufficient postage accompanies your entry. Project Categories–Entries may be made to and winners will be selected from the following categories: *Documentary & Photojournalism *Advertising & Commercial *Personal & Fine Art *Environment &Landscape *Travel *Digital *Portraiture Digital or traditional film-based photography will both be accepted. Plein Air New Mexico is pleased to sponsor the Plein Air New Mexico Invitational, an exhibition of superior plein-air works. The exhibition will run from December 8-12, 2005 with an opening reception on Friday, December 9, 2005 from 4-7 PM. A total of 85 to 90 plein air works will be featured in this show. Twenty of the best plein air painters in the country have been invited to participate in this exhibition. Twenty to thirty artists will be selected from entries for the juried portion of the exhibition. Best of Show is $5000 with additonal awards and prizes totalling $10,000. The host for this prestigious event is Ventana Fine Art, located on Canyon Road in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and one of the premier art galleries in the country. Open to artists working in oil, acrylic, watercolor, gouache or pastel mediums, or in mixed media. Artists may submit work in more than one medium. Projekt30′s – NOVEMBER JURIED EXHIBITION

Projekt30 is an artist run arts organization dedicated to promoting emerging artists. We are taking submissions for our November Juried Exhibition. Thirty artists are selected, and invitations are sent to over 60,000 galleries, collectors, and artists. Over 5000 messages have been sent to artists via our website. We are following the “publicly juried” format we pioneered December 2003. All artwork submitted will be presented online prior to the exhibition so visitors of Projekt30 may help select which artists will be included in the November Exhibition.
